These sessions are a blend of soothing what's activated in the system, empowering you with skills to move through it and create new options, and lastly allowing those concepts to be felt in the body.

In our time together we will have some time to talk about what is happening in your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic bodies. From here we can find a treatment and/or practices to help clear and move through what is activated in the system. We will then blend together the perfect set of bodywork and energy techniques that allows you to have that "ah-ha" moment where the head, heart, and body are all in alignment in a relaxing and restorative massage experience.
